Frome Water Polo Club
We operate two senior teams in the Bristol and West League and a junior team (under 16s). Training takes place for the seniors between 9 and 10pm on Thursday evenings and for the Juniors between 7.30 and 8.30pm on Sundays.
Sunday evenings there is a shared swimming session with the squad where those who wish to improve their swimming and endurance can do a lane swimming session from 6.30-7.30. The senior polo players have two lanes and the remaining four lanes are occupied by the swimming squad. For junior polo players to take part in this session they must be of the same standard as the Intermediate swimming squad** or above and will swim in the lanes with the squad.
Sometimes training has to be cancelled due to matches taking place so please keep an eye on the notice board or sign yourself up for teamer notifications from Alan/Brad which are sent via text message to your mobile.

1 Hour 7.30-8.30 - £10.00 per month
2 Hours (By invitation) - £20.00 per month
Swimming Squad Members - £6.00 per month
Water Polo Seniors
Thursdays - £20.00 per month
Thursday & Sunday - £24.00 per month
